About

I'm an artist, freelance illustrator and graphic designer currently based in Paris. I was born in 1980, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. I've moved to France in 2003.

Since my childhood I've been illustrating and drawing as pure amusement, experimenting different techniques and searching for new ways to materialize some personal obsessions. After a long time searching for answers I decided to turn this research and passion into my full time job.

My ideal work environment needs nothing more than scissors, glue, pencils, old paper, found pictures and a Macintosh. Finding inspiration in different fields such as natural history, philosophy, animal behavior, organic shapes of nature, fine arts, semiotics, antique books, movies and specially in music is how my work gets shape. My family and friends are my essential source for creation, without them I can't breath or dare for the impossible.
